What is an ‘affordable home’?

This means home buyers can continue to meet their basic living costs such as groceries, transport, education, healthcare, and clothing.

The South Australian Government is increasing housing supply and supporting more South Australians to have a roof over their heads by developing more housing throughout the state and supporting the building of more affordable housing that can be purchased by eligible low-to-moderate income South Australian home buyers.
